The location was particularly good, close to Centrop. What's more, it was very close to the main promenade, the waterfront and seaside. My room included a seating area, a work desk, and a couch bed. I had a private bathroom and a full kitchen...

The location of this place was fantastic, close to everything including a high rise construction site, the waterfront, and the ferry, and our room had walk-in showers.

My stay at this hotel was fantastic! I stayed for a weekend getaway. the beds were super comfortable, and the location was perfect. the small lounge area was great for relaxation, and the WIFI worked perfectly. the unit was spotlessly clean with lots of amenities, even offering access to Netflix. the staff was quick to assist when I had trouble with the TV, and the small kitchen area was a nice added bonus. Additionally, the pool was clean and my family loved it.
Couldn't recommend more this hotel.

i had such a lovely stay at condotel dc marina spatial felinvest! the unit was clean with plenty of amenities, including access to netflix. the beds were comfy, and the small kitchen area was convenient. the location was great, close to the developing restaurant/bar area. i enjoyed the small lounge area, good wifi, and the helpful staff.
